I had a fantastic stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The whirlpool and fitness room were pristine, enhancing our experience. Breakfast had a great variety, and we even received complimentary hot drinks throughout the day!

Excellent service stood out, especially during breakfast with a caring staff member ensuring everything was well stocked. The location made it super convenient to explore nearby attractions. Appreciated having microwave ovens in the suite, which added comfort. However, the pillows felt too small for my liking and the room temperature control was not ideal. I struggled to find a comfortable setting, feeling either too hot or too cold throughout the night. The hot tub, labeled as a pool, didn’t quite meet my expectations either. It felt more like a large heated tub without the proper space for swimming.

The oversized hot tub had enough space for 12 people. air conditioning felt humid.

the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming (especially the desk agent kamal). we loved the variety at breakfast, with tasty options that pleased everyone in our group! the whirlpool was a delightful touch too.

Our stay was pleasant overall, highlighted by the stunning mountain views from our room. Service staff went out of their way to assist us. We enjoyed our time despite minor bathroom cleanliness issues. Future guests should consider reserving a room facing the mountains for the best experience.

I stayed in the King Room, Mobility Access/Non-Smoking for a night. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the accessible bathroom. The bed was comfy enough, but I wish the pillows were a bit bigger. Breakfast was pretty solid, which was a nice start to the day!
